Scopul Institutului este de a aduna si analiza date stiintifice, de a (se) implica in testarea si evaluarea matetialului aromatic, in distribuirea informatiilor obtinute in urma acestor procese, in a colabora.cu institutiile oficiale, si doreste sa uniformizeze regulile de siguranta in folosirea acestor produse.
